Read before reserving

Looking to plan a party? You can host your own at the club and it is guaranteed to be a lot of fun!

To ensure that the club doesn’t get too crowded, we ask that members make reservations if they plan to have a party of 10 or more people. To do so, pick your date on the calendar and then time.

We will be accepting reservations as soon as the club is open in May through September 1. Through this reservation procedure we can ensure that your event will not be affected by another party which happens to be occurring the same day.

Here are a few reminders to make sure your party is successful:

  • Only pavilion tables may be reserved.
  • $25.00 Non-Refundable deposit for parties of 10 or less (two tables) or $35.00 Non-Refundable deposit for parties of 11 or more (three/four tables).
  • Children must be at least 4 years old to use the main pool. No exceptions. Swim diapers are not allowed in the main pool.
  • Grills are available for use. They heat up quickly and do not require more than a minute to pre-heat. Please remember to keep children away from the grills and make sure you turn off the gas and clean the grills when you are done.
